Former Microsoft Treasurer and CIO Joins Macro Hive’s Board!

Tahreem Kampton, former Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer at Microsoft, will join Macro Hive’s advisory board to provide strategic guidance.

While at Microsoft, he oversaw a $140B portfolio spanning all asset classes, advised on Microsoft’s $40B 401K plan, managed the company’s cashflow, liquidity and FX needs, and drove Microsoft’s investment efforts in sustainability, affordable housing, and racial equity.

Tahreem has been a member of the NY Fed FX Committee, board member of FXPA and a member of The Economist Global Treasury Leaders Advisory Board, and also advises multiple companies in ESG, crypto and fintech. Kampton brings a plethora of relevant experiences to fuel Macro Hive’s long-term vision to become the world’s best hub for macro and investment research.
