Meet John Winsell Davies

John Winsell Davies is a global macro and emerging market strategist with 26-years’ experience. He launched his career on the sellside with Lehman Brothers, and later moved to the buyside with Templeton Investment Council. Davies has held positions of CIO, portfolio manager, and strategist since 1995, within the Franklin Templeton organisation, Tano Capital, Oracle Capital, Harvard Capital, McKinley Capital, and the Alfa Group. He was the strategist for Templeton Emerging Markets until March 2021.
